Here at Focus, we believe that our clients should only pay a single price without having any extra fees sneak up on them. This is why with every purchase of any sized exhibit rental, we include the following services within your package:
Once you know your company is exhibiting at a trade show, you can get into contact with one of our Account Executives for a quote request. We will begin the process by getting to know you and your company. After we have an idea about what features you are looking for in an exhibit, one of our highly talented graphic designers will create an original concept that will tailor to your company’s needs. When the concept is finished, we will then provide a detailed estimate that will include the basic rental cost and other optional features that the client has the choice to opt-in. Each quote will include important documents from the show as well as the projected project timeline.
When the client accepts the quote, we will begin the process of building the exhibit in our warehouse. All of our exhibits are previewed before they are shipped off to the show. Our clients are always welcomed to visit our warehouse to inspect the booth in person. If you cannot make the trip, we will send you a picture or video of the booth for your approval. The exhibit will then be shipped off to the show where will we install it before the show and dismantle it once the show has concluded.
